Latte maintains the vendor database in Client’s QuickBooks financial software system; obtains all required Forms W-9; reconciles and enters all approved vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and credit/debit card transactions; and processes cash disbursements, whether by on-line bill payment, check, ACH transfer, or wire transfer.
