PRICING
Each client engagement is priced separately since the complexity of each company’s needs vary significantly.   However, there are some rules of thumb.  For ongoing services, such as Payroll, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, and COBRA Administration, LatteHR is priced on a fixed Per Employee per Month (“PEPM”) basis.  These engagements typically range in price from $29 PEPM to $79 PEPM.  Start-up fees may apply with start-up engagements.  Pricing for project services, such as Recruiting, Employee Handbooks, and Compensation Management, is based on a fixed project fee basis.
