Early identification of the need for additional financing is critical. At the beginning of each month, Latté prepares a rolling 60-Day cash flow forecast. This forecast identifies the need for additional financing while you still have time to react. If you don’t have existing relationships with sources of capital, our extensive network is ready to assist. In the case of excess cash, Latté helps clients identify financial and/or operating investment opportunities.
