BIOGRAPHY

 

Mike Krueger is CEO & Founder of The Latte Group, Inc. (“Latte”), a finance, accounting, and human resources Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) services provider focused on the small & medium sized company market.  Mr. Krueger founded Latte in 1997 after 15 years of finance and general management experience in software, high technology, and “Big 4” public accounting.  In addition to developing and implementing best practices in all critical day-to-day finance, accounting, and human resources processes, Mr. Krueger’s domestic and international business experience includes P&L responsibility as COO; buy-side & sell-side merger and acquisition evaluation, selection, due diligence, and integration; corporate reorganizations; creation & expansion of direct & indirect distribution channels; corporate turnarounds; troubled debt restructurings; negotiation of large, enterprise software sales; venture capital & private equity financings; and evaluating, selecting, and implementing accounting & HR information systems.  Mr. Krueger has written articles and white papers on negotiation, pragmatic implementation of management theory, and emerging trends in outsourcing.  Mr. Krueger serves as an advisor to and director of several middle market companies.  Mr. Krueger’s BS degree is from Millikin University, his MBA is from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and he is a CPA.  Mr. Krueger’s hobbies include athletics and the culinary arts.
